Lockdown love

Lola and Karl have made their own lockdown love story. They met in an outdoor shop in Chesterfield town centre. Karl was trying on boots, and Lola was posing in woolly hats. One thing led to another, and what do you know, amidst all the restrictions, they both found a hiking buddy.
Lockdown in the UK was a peculiar time, but every day we could all go out for a walk. So, walking is what they did; they hiked and hiked until they found themselves falling for each other. Karl landed on one knee, produced a ring, and she said “YES!!” and thought the ring was “Absolutely stunning.” Apparently, Karl had it hidden away for months prior, maybe he was just waiting for the right moment.
Passionate about the land, local economy, and all things Derbyshire, they decided to get married at Mosborough Hall, a 17th-century Grade II-listed building in Mosborough, Sheffield, England. The building was originally a manor house in what was then a small village in Derbyshire. The wedding was a classy affair.
