Kai and Amberlea’s love story is one of perfect timing. While on holiday in Cornwall, they both had proposals planned, unbeknownst to each other. Kai went first, proposing to Amberlea on the boardwalk inside the Rainforest Biome at the Eden Project. Just three days later, Amberlea proposed back to Kai in the sea-pools at Nanjizal, also known as Song of the Sea Cave. Two proposals, one week, and a lot of sea air.
Amberlea and Kai’s celebrations are a two part story. Welcome to day one - The Registration. It started with bridal/groom prep at the house. Kai repeatedly mouthed “Oh wow” As Amberlea descended the stair case for their first look. The family travelled to Sheffield Town Hall to make it official.
They chose natural wedding videography because they didn’t want anything forced. What mattered most was capturing the honest, unfiltered moments; the real feel of the day, without awkward posing or performative scenes.
Their advice to others planning a wedding is simple: let go of supreme control. Things might not go exactly to plan, but the day will be beautiful and full of meaning; something to remember for a lifetime, regardless of any small bumps along the way.
"One whole year on and I'm still "Oh wow-ing"... not just at the wife though! Nathan's eye for video capture, and skill in the editing room, is legendary.
It means the world to us to be able to relive such a momentous day, in moving picture, anytime we wish. Priceless. Genuinely.
The videos are still regularly enjoyed, and complimented by all. There's a strong visceral reaction I feel whenever I hear the first few notes of music from the opening of the video! I don't believe in spoilers but honestly whoever is reading this review better be ready to see Episode 2!!
A TRUE 5* review for this absolute artistic sweetheart!"
